How Much Does It Cost
Standard pricing to become an exhibitor is £299 ex VAT and gives you everything listed above.
As we are aimed at promoting business locally, if you are based in the borough, you will receive a £100 discount, that’s over 30%, so the price is £199 ex VAT.
Premium Members of Your Business Community can claim their exhibitor benefit and pay £149 ex VAT, a discount of 50%.
We also have opportunities for selected Hammersmith & Fulham Businesses to have a free stand at the event in some targeted sectors. These are Accountancy, Law, IT Support services, Business Development, Social Media Marketing, Networking, Graphic Design, Marketing, Sales, pr and Data Protection. In return businesses will offer up to five hours of their time on a pro bono basis (free) to support businesses seeking advice in their field of expertise via the council business support desk. This is also part of the council’s ambitions to develop a borough wider Mentoring Scheme.

One of our busiest features on the day is our 1:1 Business Advice Clinic. With clinics covering a wide range of subjects, during the buildup to the day, we comprehensively promote this feature to visitors and can organise up to 24 pre-booked 15 minute appointments. You will know that these people have a genuine interest in your products/services and are considered as ‘warm’ leads.
